***International traveling requires a valid passport and or visa that must be valid for 6 months beyond travel dates. Your passport should not expire before. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST check the respective consulates or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.
***Reservations require your FULL NAME as it is stated on your government issued ID that you will use for traveling.
A completed contact form, a credit card authorization form, and a waiver form for travel insurance is required at the time of booking. ***All prices and availability are subject to change until deposits are received.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Please purchase travel insurance on your vacation packages (100% optional). As without travel protection your package is 100% non-refundable. No credits. Travel insurance quotes are available within the first 7 days of your quote only. Thereafter, you are solely responsible for obtaining insurance on your own.

Travel partners (hotels, resorts, cruise lines, etc.) do not typically allow cancellations on the booking engines. Canceling depends upon the travel partner and the type of travel booked. Clients should simply follow the instructions that are included in the email confirmation. The cancellation policies and penalties vary by Travel Partner and are always disclosed prior to purchase, and listed on all confirmations. Upon cancellations there will be a processing fee that goes towards the agency.
